1. Services & Gated Content
EliteMicroMarket provides luxury real estate insights for Monarch Beach. By accessing our gated content, you agree to the following:
Gated Video Access: Access to "3 Luxury Considerations of Monarch Beach" and "Experience the Best Communities" requires a lead-capture opt-in.
AI Virtual Assistant & ADMT: Our Service utilizes Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) and AI to provide property evaluations, floor plans, and buyers' guides. You have the right to opt-out of automated processing by contacting us at [email protected].
Events Calendar: Subscriptions are delivered via Mailgun from [email protected].
2. AI & Digitally Altered Image Disclosure (AB 723)
Pursuant to California Business & Professions Code § 10140.8, any property images or floor plans on this site that have been digitally altered or virtually staged using AI are labeled accordingly.
Requirement: We maintain a repository of original, unaltered images. If you are viewing a digitally altered image, you may access the original version via the "View Original" link or QR code provided adjacent to the image.
3. Communications & SMS
By providing your phone number, you provide explicit consent to receive SMS reminders and AI bot follow-ups via Captivation Hub. Messaging frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt-out.
4. Data Sharing: We share data with our partners: Coldwell Banker, Mailgun, and Captivation Hub. However, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
