As of January 1, 2026, we provide this Pre-Use Notice: Our AI Bot uses your inputs (budget, preferences, location) to make automated recommendations and property evaluations.
Your Rights: You have the right to access information about how the AI made a specific recommendation and the right to opt-out of automated property evaluations in favor of a manual evaluation by Shaun Hurley.
2. Digitally Altered Content
Under AB 723, we disclose that AI is used to enhance property visualizations. We do not alter structural defects or neighborhood features. Original, unedited photos are retained for 5 years.
3. Right to Know (No 12-Month Limit)
Under the 2026 CCPA update, your "Right to Know" is no longer limited to the last 12 months. You may request access to all personal data we have collected since January 1, 2022.

No Sharing of Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-In/Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (e.g., weekly event updates, market reports) from Alyssa, our AI assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
